Room for Milly is easy to visit, without a reservation, for an early evening drink and bite with friends, a cocktail with a loved one before dinner, or that after dinner night cap to hold in our hands and gradually relax into just being — with no rush to be elsewhere. Room for Milly is the space we created to explore new beginnings with a mix of cocktails that fancy our delight. We are here to tell a story with friends near and far, letting the night take the lead.

INSPIRATION​

Milly Parker led an unconventional life, traveling the world, making friends and following her interests wherever they led. Her ideal evening would be spent in a crowded bar or restaurant, spilling the tea and sharing opinions around a table with liberally poured cocktail. In many ways, her lifestyle inspired the space. We strive to craft a cocktail program with conscious initiatives that benefit the guest, but more importantly our family. Our Transparency Report is a compilation of who we are, what we provide, and gives us insight on what we want to achieve. This report includes all staff at Mainspring.

Art can be so serious, but we think it should be fun, wistful, evocative, and sometimes not being quite sure what is going on. We’ve picked pieces that we love, some expensive and some just downright thrifted pre-loved pieces. We’ve supported female artists and paid for new work to be created for Milly’s.
